Miami Valley Steel Service Announces Retirement of HR Manager Susan Curtis and Appointment of Lottie Grise

PIQUA, OHIO – Miami Valley Steel Service (MVSS) is proud to honor Susan Curtis as she announces her retirement, effective February 28, 2025, after 32 years of dedicated service. Susan began her career at MVSS in Accounting and Human Resources, where her leadership has profoundly shaped the company’s workplace culture. As Controller and Human Resource Manager, she played a pivotal role in fostering a positive and supportive environment for all employees.

Effective January 1, 2025, Lottie Grise will take on the role of Controller and Human Resources Manager. Lottie has been with MVSS since 2012 and has been instrumental in both the Accounting and Human Resources departments. Her experience and dedication make her the perfect successor to carry forward Susan’s legacy.
