PIQUA, OHIO – Miami Valley Steel Service (MVSS) announces the upcoming retirement of Chief Financial Officer Jill Kindell, effective December 31, 2024. Jill has been an integral part of MVSS since June 1991, beginning her career as Controller. With over 33 years of service, she played a pivotal role in developing and maintaining the financial systems that have supported MVSS through tremendous growth and transformation. Since her promotion to CFO in 2012, Jill has been a cornerstone of MVSS’s financial strength and stability.

On January 1, 2025, Lee Kindell will step into the role of Vice President of Finance. Lee joined MVSS in November 2022 after 7 years in public accounting. As Controller of
MVSS, Lee has consistently demonstrated the strategic thinking and leadership that will guide the company’s financial future.
