Another great Ladies Trip weekend is in the books!! In 1994 Miami Valley Steel started sponsoring our weekends to build teamwork and camaraderie.

What started as an overnight to Chicago has blossomed in to a 3-day weekend filled with much fun and laughter as we all get to know each other a little better and build some wonderful friendships away from the office.

We’ve traveled to Chicago, New York, San Antonio and just about every beach possible in Florida among other destinations. We’ve done trolley pubs, zip-lining, sand sculpture, scrapbooking, kayaking and a host of other team building activities.

We can never thank Miami Valley Steel enough for all the support they give us by allowing us to take these weekends away! Next time you’re in our offices stop by our Wall of Fame upstairs and take a look at our photos from the trips.
